The National Anti-Corruption Campaign Steering Committee (NACCSC) in partnership with other stakeholders in the fight against corruption will join the international family to mark this years’ International Anti-Corruption Day to be held on 9th December, 2019.

The event will be marked in three regions with the national commemorations being held at Unoa Grounds, Wote in Makueni County. Regional celebrations will marked in West Pokot and Nyandarua counties.

This years’ theme is ‘Together, we are united against corruption for sustainable development’.

The stakeholders under the umbrella body Kenya Leadership Integrity Forum (KLIF) have organized weeklong activities ahead of the event. Some of the activities include training of County staff, National Government officials, community/religious leaders and boda boda riders in the three counties. The team has also organized for caravans to traverse all the sub counties in the three counties spreading anti-corruption messages.  These are just some of the activities lined up before the main event on 9th December.
