The Kakamega County Public Service Board Chairperson Ms Rhoda Masaviru has lauded the empowerment of women by NACCSC to fight corruption. Speaking during the official opening of the capacity building workshop for Maendeleo ya Wanawake Organisation leaders from Western & Nyanza Region, Ms Masaviru said the fight against corruption in Kenya can only be won through concerted efforts by all citizens. She urged the women leaders to be of good morals and upstanding integrity to act as role models to future generations.

National Anti-Corruption Campaign Steering Committee  launched Kirinyaga County  Anti-Corruption Civilian Oversight Committee with members from all Sub-Counties of Kirinyaga County. The occasion attracted a large crowd which pledged to help the committee fulfill its mandate.
