1. Develop, implement and review polices, strategies, framework, standards, norms regulations, projects and programmes for strengthening the campaign against corruption;
2. Establish a strategic framework for the nationwide campaign against corruption;
3. Develop indices for regular monitoring and evaluation of the anti-corruption campaign and publicly report on the progress made in the campaign;
4. Identify and engage partners in developing a mechanism of their effective participation in the campaign against corruption;
5. Develop a mechanism for engaging strategic stakeholders and the general public to evolve a strong anti-corruption culture and participate in the fight against corruption;
6. Identify and facilitate mobilization of resources required to achieve the goals and objectives of the campaign;
7. Prepare reports, briefs and papers and disseminate information to relevant stakeholders on anti-corruption campaigns;
8. Undertake research on topical issues relevant to the fight against corruption;
9. Establish a repository database for relevant stakeholders, projects and programmes for the Committee;
10. Create centres at the counties to expedite the anti-corruption campaigns;
11. Ensure compliance with regional and international protocols and conventions on anti-corruption;
12. Develop, implement and review sensitization and awareness creation curriculum and training manuals;
13. Receive, process and respond to public complaints;
14. Develop, maintain and update e-platform for anti-corruption awareness campaign;
15. Analyze corruption trends and coordinate the development of sector- specific intervention measures;
16. Develop, implement and review Advocacy, Communication, Campaign and Operational Frameworks and Manuals;
17. Appoint, capacity build and facilitate CACCOCs members;
18. Undertake impact assessment on projects, programmes, significant events on anti-corruption campaigns;
19. Capture and document photographic materials for publishing;
20. Conduct feasibility studies on projects and programmes on anti-corruption campaign; and
21. Identify and map out red flag areas and undertake baselines surveys.
