Partnerships

The National Anti-Corruption Campaign Steering Committee (NACCSC) recognizes the need to establish, support and maintain strategic partnership with both State and Non-State Actors as a key component in the realization of its strategic objectives. NACCSC has partnered with the following organizations;

Maendeleo Ya Wanawake Organization (MYWO)

Maendeleo Ya Wanawake is a member of NACCSC. The NACCSC has trained all Maendeleo Ya Wanawake Organization elected officials in all the 47 Counties on their role in the fight against corruption. In the year 2015, NACCSC signed an MOU with MYWO to operationalize shared anti-corruption functions in the Counties.

Inter-Religious Council of Kenya (IRCK)

The Inter-religious Council of Kenya is a member of NACCSC. The Committee partnered with the Inter-religious Council of Kenya to develop Faith Communities Based Booklet. This booklet contains anti-corruption messaging from the Holy Books (Bible, Quran, Bhagavid Gita).

National Youth Council (NYC)

The National Youth Council is a member of NACCSC. The Committee has partnered with the National Youth Council to disseminate anti-corruption messages to the youth in the Republic of Kenya.

National Council for Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD)

The National Council on Persons with Disabilities is a member of NACCSC. The Committee has partnered with the Council to educate and sensitize Persons with Disabilities on corruption and their role in the fight against corruption.

National Gender and Equality Commission (NGEC)

NACCSC has partnered with the National Gender and Equality Commission (NGEC) to develop and launch the Framework for Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities in Anti-Corruption Programming. The document is a culmination of concerted efforts and seeks to remedy the exclusion of Persons with Disabilities in anti-corruption programming in Kenya.

Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA)

NACCSC has partnered with the Kenya Revenue Authority to develop and launch a Curriculum to train the Authority’s Integrity Assurance Officers (IAOs). To date, KRA in partnership with NACCSC have trained and examined over 300 IAOs across KRA’s various Departments on Concept of Bribery and Corruption and Ethics and Integrity.

Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC)

The Chairperson of Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) is a member of NACCSC. NACCSC refers corruption complaints for enforcement by the Commission. NACCSC is also a member of the Kenya Leadership Integrity Forum (KLIF) which is hosted by the EACC.
